Prepare the following ingredients to make Alaskan King Crab Legs Royal:
12 ounce of thawed Alaskan Crab Legs
1/4 cup of melted margarine
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoon of grated onion
1 tablespoon of thinly sliced parsley
1/4 teaspoon of crushed tarragon
A bottled of crushed hot pepper
Slice the crab legs into three inch pieces. Take off the crab meat from the shells and slice it in to a bite sized chunks so that it can easily be served. Then place it back in the shells. Mix the other ingredients and spread it over the crab. Put the legs on the broiler pan with the shell side facing down. Broil for three to four minutes, and spread the sauce to the crab from time to time.
This is good for 2 persons when served. It is applicable for appetizer and main dish.
If you want to grill the crabs instead of broiling, place them on the rack with their shell side facing down. The rack must be 5 inches above the heat. Grill the crab legs for five minutes and brush with sauce from time to time.
